Ruam Jai provides family legal advisory services to individuals and families navigating personal and legal challenges. Our services include:

• Caring Consultation — an initial meeting to understand your situation and explain your options
• Reconciliation and Mediation Support — legal guidance during family discussions to help reach fair arrangements
• Full Family Case Support — end-to-end assistance including documentation, negotiation, and representation

Our services are provided primarily to clients located in Thailand. International enquiries are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable legal and jurisdictional considerations.

Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to decline to take on any matter without being required to provide a reason, where doing so would be appropriate in the interests of the client or in accordance with our professional obligations.

4. User Responsibilities

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes. Payment terms for each engagement are agreed in writing before the commencement of work.

Refunds: Fees paid for a consultation are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. For ongoing service engagements, any unused portion of the agreed scope may be discussed with our team on a case-by-case basis, in the spirit of fairness.

We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated to you at the time of engagement.

7. Service-Specific Terms

Scope and Changes

The scope of each service engagement is agreed in writing before commencement. Requests to expand the scope of an engagement may be accommodated at a revised fee, agreed in advance.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in the course of a matter as strictly confidential. We will not disclose details of your matter to third parties unless required by law or with your express consent.

Timelines

We will work diligently and with care to advance your matter in a timely manner. However, outcomes and timelines in family legal matters are often influenced by factors beyond our direct control, including court schedules, the cooperation of other parties, and regulatory processes. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.

Client Cooperation

To serve you well, we ask that you provide us with accurate information in a timely manner and inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your matter.

8. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Accessing this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Ruam Jai.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruam Jai, its legal team, and any associated personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your provision of inaccurate information in the course of an engagement.

11. Termination

Either party may bring a service engagement to an end by providing reasonable written notice, in accordance with the terms agreed at the outset of that engagement.

We reserve the right to cease providing services where there has been a breach of these terms, a breakdown in the professional relationship, or where continuing to act would conflict with our legal or ethical obligations.

Upon termination, any confidentiality obligations and intellectual property rights set out in these terms will continue to apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Where appropriate, we are open to mediation as a first step in resolving any dispute, consistent with the values that guide our practice.
